If you have lost your password. You will need to create a new password. Click the black button located at the top right-hand corner marked ‘Login’.

That will then take you to the login in screen.

You will then need to click the ‘lost password’ link. That will then take you to the next screen, where you need to fill in your username or email. Click the button marked ‘Get New Password’.

After you have filled in the box you should then receive an email, follow the instructions in the email and click the link to enter a new password.
