Welcome to our FAQ’s page where you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions.
What time zone is the time shown on the posts?
The time zone is GMT (UTC)
What time are the wave counts updated?
The updates are split into 2 sessions.
The 1st updates are around 8.30 – 11.00 pm EST
The 2nd updates are around 5.00 – 8.00 am EST (subject to news announcements or important events just as the NFP etc)
If needed, depending on the price action, some markets are updated more than twice a day. Example: Just after the NFP, (US jobs numbers) if we have a setup that we are following then we will update those in real time as we trade those, although its best to follow the current ideas via the chat room.
Whilst the markets do have a scheduled update time, depending on the price action if has been know for me to update 2-4 times the US markets when there has been a fast moving market. I try to highlight the better ideas as they come into focus, if its a slow moving market, then updating more than 2 time a day maybe too much. We are real traders, so we adjusting ideas in real time. The chat room is the best place to ask for a current update in between the scheduled updates.

Is it mandatory to know Elliott Wave?
Is it mandatory? No, but it sure helps, like everything in life, you only get out what you put in, think of it like learning a language, you will not learn a language in 3 months, but slowly you will gather knowledge until one day you are speaking fluently. I view the markets like that, the more effort you put in the more reward you will receive, that’s my philosophy in life, winning comes from hard work.
Our setups are generally self explanatory but a little bit of knowledge will go a long way.
However there are many videos on the internet you can view for free as well as reading Frost and Prechters book- Elliott wave principle- key to market behavior and Elliott Wave principle applied to the foreign exchange markets by Robert Balan. Those should get you on your way.
Can you recommend any books to read?
Many consider Elliott wave principle – key to market behavior by Frost and Prechters to be the bible of Elliott Wave. It can be downloaded for free here.
It’s a great book there is no doubt, but it’s very in depth and for those with a passing interest in Elliott Wave, it can be quite challenging to read. My own personal favorite is a book that was written by Robert Balan called Elliott Wave principle applied to the foreign exchange markets. I found this much more interesting. You can download it here.
How are we different to other services?
We use Elliott Wave in a way to find ideas to make money, we are not forecasters, we are traders, we simply do not care which way the market moves, we are continuing looking for the next trade setup. Many services use Elliott Wave to forecast the market, but they have a fixed bias and are not prepared to switch that bias based on what the market is doing. Whilst we believe you need a bias to trade ideas with conviction, you also need to recognize when you are wrong and adjust ideas. Being flexible in the markets is paramount to success.
On top of that, we offer live analysis in real time, so as the market moves we adjust our ideas. No waiting for end of day reports, trade real setups in real time. A chat room where you can ask questions and discuss ideas.
Why should I choose your service?
To answer that question I need to put myself in your shoes, so I would be asking myself what do we have to offer, that would make you choose us over someone else? We believe we have created a service that is not only value for money but we try to go the extra mile for members. A number of factors are important, such as cost, quality of service, education as well as understanding. Many traders fail to take on board the costs involved in trading. There are many hidden costs such as charting packages, exchange fees and actual transaction fees. If you are spending $200 or $300 a month on a subscription service, on top of the other extra costs, you need to recover those costs back each month before you are even break even. We wanted to create a service that was not only geared to trading professionals, but to all types of traders. If you are unsure if the service is right for you, then take a trial for $9.99, this gives you access to the whole site for 1 week, with no further commitments.
Which package is right for you?
There are a wide range of packages that should cover most investors and traders needs. We purposely created packages to suit the majority of members. Many traders and investors only want analysis that suits their own trading goals, so we see little point in purchasing something you are unlikely to use. You should purchase the package that fits your style of trading. If you only trade Forex, then purchase the Forex package, if you only trade the US stock markets, then purchase the US stock markets package.
Further information can be viewed on the services page.
Who is the website suitable for?
Anyone that is interested in trading, we have members from all backgrounds, from beginners through to professionals.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, due to the abuse of others we do not offer a free trial, however for a small fee of $9.99, you can try the service out for 1 full week here. If you do not wish to continue, you simply do nothing, no further payments will be taken.
What markets are included in each package?
Please click the pricing tab. Further information can be found here
