If for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription there are 3 ways you can do it.

1: Log into the site, at the top right hand corner you will see a black drop menu under the account tab, click the cancel tab, that will take you to the cancellation page, then click the cancel link, or click this link https://www.wavepatterntraders.com/membership-account/membership-cancel/ it will take you directly to the cancellation page.

2: Inform me before the next date of your next payment and I can cancel your payments from PayPal on your behalf. Please include your user name as well as your PayPal email address so I can confirm the correct account is being cancelled.

3: You can log into PayPal and cancel it yourself. Its very easy and should take you a few minutes. 1) Log into your PayPal account. 2) Click the profile tab. 3) Then click my money. 4) Then click my approved payments, you can delete any monthly payments that you have setup from here.

Please note that subscription charges are on a 30 day recurring basis.

There are no part refunds, if you cancel before your next payment date you will still have access up until your current subscription ends.

We will endeavor to carry out your instructions within 24 hours from the time that we receive your email request.

Stripe

If you paid by credit card then we will need to cancel your order manually. Simpy send me an email with your details, we will then cancel your subscription. Please allow 24 hours from the date that you sent your email.

You can also now use the cancel link to cancel your current subscription to stop any further payments via your credit card.
